Install Netbeans 7 on mac ox Lion

first, install java from – http://support.apple.com/downloads#java next install netbeans 7

after, install MAMP – http://www.mamp.info/en/index.html

Follow the instructions here – http://netbeans.org/kb/docs/php/configure-php-environment-mac-os.html

How To Install IonCube Loader on Centos

Go to http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php

Download

wget http://downloads2.ioncube.com/loader_downloads/ioncube_loaders_lin_x86.tar.gz

tar xvfz ioncube_loaders_lin_x86.tar.gz

tar xvfz ioncube_loaders_lin_x86.tar.gz

cd ioncube

Copy loader-wizard.php to location you can access on a web browser.

I then get told that there is an updated script so I down load the latest and update it.

wget http://www.ioncube.com/loader-wizard/loader-wizard.tgz

tar xvfz loader-wizard.tgz

How To Upgrade to PHP 5.2.6 on Centos 5.2

The default install on a Centos 5.2 is installs php 5.1.6, sometimes you need 5.2.6

Install utterramblings repo’s

vi /etc/yum.repos.d/utterrambling.repo

Insert the following

[utterramblings]

name=Jason’s Utter Ramblings Repo

baseurl=http://www.jasonlitka.com/media/EL5/i386/

enabled=1

gpgcheck=1

gpgkey=http://www.jasonlitka.com/media/RPM-GPG-KEY-jlitka

Change the baseurl to http://www.jasonlitka.com/media/EL5/x86_64 if 64 bit.

Then upgrade php.

yum upgrade php
